Julie Wilson is the Founder and Executive Director of Institute for the Future of Learning. She has over fifteen years experience in organization development and change management and is dedicated to helping transform the factory model of education. As a learning and development consultant at Harvard University, Julie managed the University's career and professional development program, provided organization development consulting to University leaders and was the recipient of the ‘Harvard Hero’ award for outstanding contributions to the University. Julie's articles have been published on the EdWeek.org website and the ‘Futures of School Reform’ blog. Julie is an advisor to the board of Baxter Academy, Portland Maine and an advisor to entrepreneurial students at Harvard's Innovation Lab.
Julie graduated from Queen’s University, Belfast, with a degree in Business Administration and French and from the Harvard Graduate School of Education with a Masters degree in Technology, Innovation and Education.
